Ashley Boeger joined McInnes Group, Inc. in April 2025 as an Account Manager. Her background in the hospitality industry and previous experience in account management, has set her up to assist our clients with their day-to-day needs and provide them with unbeatable customer service. Ashley’s passion for the customer experience journey aligns perfectly with the mission and goals of the Employee Benefits Account Management team.

A proud graduate of Texas Tech University (Wreck ‘Em), Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management. Raised in central Kansas, her family instilled a strong work ethic and a “do what’s right” mentality in her from a young age. She currently resides in Overland Park, Kansas with her fiancé and their two dogs. Outside of work, you can find her in the playroom with her two adorable nieces, having an early dinner with her parents or meeting friends for happy hour.
