Austin Dreiling joined The McInnes Group as an Account Manager in October of 2024. He joined us with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, specifically with K-12 schools, and has brought a unique new approach to the benefit management team.

Austin works primarily with K-12 schools ensuring excellent customer service, timely communication and an eagerness to continue to cultivate these relationships. His passion for education stems from both his parents working and retiring from the USD 489 Hays school district. This has given Austin exceptional insight into the challenges these employers face on a daily basis.

Austin currently lives in Hays, Kansas where he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University in 2012 majoring in business administration and management. As a lifelong fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals, he has fit right in here at The McInnes Group.
