Vice President of Financial Services
As Vice President of Financial Services, Bill oversees all life insurance, disability, long term care, estate planning, and executive compensation strategies. Bill entered the insurance business in 1980 and has held multiple senior leadership roles including Branch Manager, Regional Vice President and Field Vice President for industry leading insurance organizations. In addition, he led the Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI) department for one of the largest insurance companies in the country. During his time in these high level positions he developed a strong background in COLI, estate planning and wealth accumulation strategies for closely held corporations.
Bill is a member of AALU, NAIFA, and SFSP. He earned his CLU designation in 1995 from the American College and his AAMS (Accredited Asset Management Specialist) designation in 1997. Bill holds Series 7, Series 65, and Series 24 licenses. He and his wife Nancy have a son Angus and live in Overland Park, KS. Bill joined the McInnes Group team in 2015.
