Joining McInnes Group, Inc. in 2014 as Controller, Dawn has over 15 years of experience in accounting, financial risk management, business administration and human resources management. Dawn manages the day-to-day responsibilities for all accounting functions, including compensation administration. She provides guidance on cash management, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Dawn resides in Kansas City, Missouri with her husband, three children and menagerie of pets. She has a passion for vintage, antique and repurposed items and enjoys shopping antique stores. Her family enjoys spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks; attending professional and collegiate sporting events, and movies.
